The Process

Once we’ve received a referral or sign up form, one of our team will call to briefly introduce the charity and answer any questions. We’re super friendly, courteous and above all respectful of privacy. There is no pressure to join, no sign up fees and we’re always completely transparent with our support.

Next steps would be to arrange an informal home visit to ensure we have all of your/their needs covered. We encourage a friend or family member to join the meeting to ensure all questions and needs are covered.

If everyone happy to proceed, we’ll share a calendar of dates and coordinate a local driver ready for the first event.
